The workshop was well organized, the atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and the food was absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommend it to anyone who love and appreciate good food in an intimate setting.

The sous vide cooking method yields results that are nearly impossible to achieve by traditional means. Ingredients placed in a plastic bag and sealed with a vacuum machine, then placed in a warm water bath set to a target temperature. When it's ready, we give it a sear on a hot pan or brown it with a blow torch. The result is a juicier steak that is done to perfection from edge to edge. The same technique can benefit other ingredients like fish, tough cut meats and vegetables. In this course you will be able to get familiar with the diversity of this cooking method and taste the difference for yourself.
