You will learn different cooking methods, recipes and tricks that can be used in the home kitchen and finish the class enjoying the meal we cooked together.

The pricing for the listed workshops is 95$-150$ per person according to the length of class (group 3-5 participants) or 285$-450$ flat for a 2 person class. Tailored workshops are also available on request for an additional fee.
My friends brought me here to celebrate my birthday with a Classic French Workshop. We spend 4 hours at chef Mashav's kitchen (and dining room). It was such a great experience. The sous vide cooking method yields results that are nearly impossible to achieve by traditional means. Ingredients placed in a plastic bag and sealed with a vacuum machine, then placed in a warm water bath set to a target temperature. When it's ready, we give it a sear on a hot pan or brown it with a blow torch. The result is a juicier steak that is done to perfection from edge to edge. The same technique can benefit other ingredients like fish, tough cut meats and vegetables. In this course you will be able to get familiar with the diversity of this cooking method and taste the difference for yourself.

In the Farmer's Market, every week is a new adventure. We will start with a visit to the local Farmer's Market where we'll taste and select fresh produce from the local farmers to use in our meal. Every season brings different flavors to our basket! We'll come back with our findings to the kitchen where we'll cook together a meal that best complement our ingredients for a true seasonal, local and sustainable experience of what nature has to offer.
