Chef Mashav outs on such an amazing meal, it's hard to put in words. The fresh ingredients, the delightful presentation, the wonderful and unexpected flavors and combinations, the attention to the tiniest detail, and the sheer number of courses and treats. We were so blown away the first time that we happily went back a second time and had an even more exquisite meal on Valentine's Day. I can't recommend her highly enough, and I am a dedicated foodie.
My friends brought me here to celebrate my birthday with a Classic French Workshop. We spend 4 hours at chef Mashav's kitchen (and dining room). It was such a great experience. The workshop was well organized, the atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and the food was absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommend it to anyone who love and appreciate good food in an intimate setting.
Mashav prepared a wonderful, multi course meal in our home for 8 diners. The meal was imaginative, inventive, tasty and a work of both love and art! Chef Mashav is extraordinarily talented and fully dedicated to the culinary arts!! If you love great food that is artfully presented, you will thoroughly enjoy Le Couloir.
Amazing experience and a great dinner! Before every dish, Chef Mashav explains and introduces what is being served next and tells why she choose this specific dish with the specific ingredients. Every dish is interesting in how it being served and how it looks and sure is tastes really good! These dinners are prearranged and planned on specific dates and usually for groups of up to 10-12 people, so you have to make sure you visit the website and buy seats for the next dinner.
Amazing experience. We started at the back yard, Mashav came outside with a few refreshing and appetizers that were inspired by the summer. After 3-4 small and interesting dishes we all went to the dining room. Each dish was really unique and delicious. Before every dish, Mashav explained what the ingredients are, and a little bit of the background of it. Also, the bread, butter and pesto were so good. We'll go back!
My wife and I had the opportunity to have a temptations dinner at Le Couloir where chef Mashav Shelef created an amazing culinary experience. The Ceviche was amazing as were the pasta dish and the short rib served on a Belgian waffle with savory ice cream. Every dish was surprising and a delicious adventure. The home made bread is a winner. The tables wee beautifully set with unique ceramic dishes. The music added to the ambiance and the service was very personal. Chef Mashav came out of the kitchen to present and explain each dish. It was a unique evening spent with good friends and some interesting new people we met
The finest ingredients in the hands of this fine Chef, along with a warm and friendly group of like minded friends, becomes an amazing experience. Can't wait to repeat!
Creative combinations of tastes and ingredients. A delightful culinary experience, and a warm atmosphere. Perfect setting to share with a group of friends. Everything is home made, from the freshly baked country bread, to the salted caramels after dessert. A Michelin star-rated restaurant would charge 5X for this experience ....
